This is beyond exciting for me, that you are 'here', you're reading MY blog, on MY website! So I first want to start by saying Thank You.

We wonder our whole lives, what are we here to do? What is my purpose? What is the meaning of this life that I've been given? Let me tell you that when you finally find the answers to these questions, the feeling is simply incredible. There's nothing like it in the world. To finally know the answer to the question - Why?
I say this because I found my why. Coming face to face with my 'why' has been a long journey. But of the best kind. I've faced detours, been lost, wanted to make a U turn multiple times and been very afraid a lot of the times. The only reason I kept going was my desire to finally arrive at the answer was greater than my fears. And today, as I stand overlooking the horizon and looking directly at my WHY, I cannot thank my old self enough - for pushing through, for believing, for doing the hard things.
You must be wondering, so what is the answer to my 'why'? Why have I been put on this earth? And, when it came to me, the answer was so simple, it made me wonder why it had taken me so long to find it. I am here to empower people. Empower them to see themselves for ALL that they can be and want to be, empower them to break out of societal templates that limit them from living up to their potential, empower people to know that they are enough and beautiful and worthy and brilliant and magical.
A great way to know that you've found your purpose and your reason 'why' is when it feels personal. When you are so vulnerable in the face of it that your truest and deepest self connects to it. My reason is personal too. I've spent my life not feeling empowered, not feeling like I belonged anywhere, feeling lost without a sense of where I was heading. I let life happen to me for TOO long. I let people dictate what I deserved in life and what I did not, I let them build walls around me and give me a ceiling that I couldn't soar beyond. I internalized their beliefs and ideologies so much that they started to feel like my own.
The thing that I have come to know is that most people find it comfortable to operate out of a template. We follow rules and go from one stage of our life to another because that's the way it's always been done. We rarely stop to think that this feeling of unfulfillment that we carry like a heavy burden, could be because of set ways of being that have been passed on to us. And we don't want to be the ones to break free or defy or not play by the rules. It's hard, it's hard to stand up and do what you feel is right for YOU. You need solid conviction in your abilities and faith in yourself.
But I also found that it takes ONE step forward to start to believe in yourself. To stand up and question the norms. To take charge. And that took that first step. The second step got easier and before I knew it, I was sprinting towards my purpose. I had broken free.
If you find yourself on the precipice of taking that first step and need someone to help hold your hand, be your champion and to be your guide, reach out to me and let's have a chat. Because I truly believe that each and every one of us has the answer to our why, right within us. We just need help digging it out.
